Built for the load you actually carry

How the solver works

• One source of numbers. The hero, the 3D configurator, the blueprints, the x-ray view and the exports are all built from the same compartment dimensions in data.js — nothing can drift between views.
• Compartments are modeled literally: axis-aligned boxes for the main compartment and front pocket, a cylinder for the bottle sleeve, each with the exact internal centimetres shown in the labels.
• Placement is a bounded drop search: up to six orientations per object, anchored to the compartment floor and to the tops of objects already inside. No physics engine, no animation faking it — each placement resolves in milliseconds.
• Support rule: an object only rests where at least 50% of its footprint sits on the floor or on other objects. Unstable-feeling stacks are rejected with a reason, not silently balanced.
• The sleeve is single-occupancy: one bottle, or one jacket roll — never both, matching the stitched construction.
• Order matters. Objects are placed in the order you add them — a greedy drop search, not a global optimizer. Optimize reloads the current contents longest-first and retries whatever is still on the shelf; if an arrangement still has no valid drop position, the rejection is explained, never silently faked.
• Switching sizes re-tests everything: going up keeps every exact position when it still fits; going down reloads the compartment longest-first and hands back whatever no longer fits, with an explanation. Undo restores the previous load-out completely.
